Mutton Masala with Vegetables |

Mutton being a very
ideal meat for Indian cuisine, it goes well along with vegetables.

Serves 4 to 5 As necessary Cooking Oil Ingredients (A) 600 grams
Mutton (cube) 2 tablespoons
Ginger (paste) 2 tablespoons
Garlic (paste) As
necessary Salt Ingredients (B) 100 grams
Potatoes (cube) 30 grams
Brinjal (cube) Ingredients (C) 3 pieces
Cardamom 1 piece
Cinnamon 3 pieces
Cloves 1 piece
Star Anis Ingredients (D) 1 teaspoon Fennel
Seed 2 sprigs
Curry Leaves 1 piece
Green Chilli (sliced) Ingredients (E) 100 grams
Shallot (sliced) Ingredients (F) 1 teaspoon
Chilli Powder 6 tablespoons
Meat Curry Powder 100 grams
Tomatoes (chopped) 2

Lemon Grass 2 sprigs
Pandan / Screw Pine Leaves Ingredients (G) 3 tablespoons
Coconut Milk 2 teaspoons
Tomato Sauce 1 teaspoon Chicken
Powder As necessary Salt Ingredients (H) 2 sprigs
Coriander Leaves 1 small Green
Capsicum 1 small
Red Capsicum 2 pieces Tomatoes
(cut into 4) 1. Cut the mutton into pieces 2.
Boil the Ingredients (A), until the mutton is tenderised and leave it aside. Do not dispose the liquid used to boil the mutton. 4. Heat the oil in a cooking pot and add in Ingredients (C). 5. Then add in Ingredients (D), after few seconds then add in the Ingredients (E), and fry it till golden brown. 6. Add in the Ingredients (F), with a small amount of mutton stock
which is the liquid used in method 2, and then reduce the flame and fry it till fragrant and oily. 7. Then add in the Ingredients (A & G), and mutton stock (if its necessary)
stir it until it dry.Increase the flame. 8. Add in salt if its necessary. Please Click
