(paste) 2 teaspoons Garlic
(paste) 2 teaspoons Onion
(paste) Ingredients (D) 100 grams
Tomatoes (chopped) 1 tablespoon Chilli
Powder 3 tablespoons Fish
Curry Powder 2

Fresh Prawn Ingredients (F) 1 teaspoon Chicken

Salt Ingredients (G) 20 grams
Red Capsicum (diced/sliced) 20 grams
Green Capsicum (diced/sliced) 2 sprigs Spring
Onion (sliced) 30 grams Onion
(sliced) 1. Peel and wash the Ingredients (E), and leave it aside. 2. Heat the oil in a cooking
wok. 3. Add in the Ingredients (A), and fry till fragrant. 4. Add in the Ingredients (B), and fry till golden brown. 5. Then add in the Ingredients (C), and fry till fragrant. 6.
Add in the Ingredients (D); reduce the flame and fry it till fragrant and oily. 7.
Then add in the Ingredients (E & F), and fry it well.Increase the flame. 8. Add in salt if its necessary. 9. Finish it off, with Ingredients
