Green Chilli (sliced) Ingredients
(C) 80 grams
Onion (finely sliced)
Ingredients (D) 1 teaspoon
Ginger (paste) 2 teaspoons
Garlic (paste) 2 teaspoons

(E) 120 grams Tomatoes
(chopped) 1 tablespoon
Chilli Powder 5 tablespoons Fish

Thick Coconut Milk [If necessary] As necessary
Evaporated Milk Ingredients (G) 1 teaspoon

Onion (sliced) 1 piece
Green Chilli (sliced) [If necessary] 50 grams
Tomatoes (cut into 6) 1. Cut the fish into pieces (2 inches each), then soak and wash
the fish with salt to remove the fishy smell.And marinate with Ingredients (A), and leave it aside for 10 minutes. 2. Heat the oil in a cooking wok to deep fry. 3. Fry the fish and leave it aside. 4. Use a little oil from the oil used to fry the fish. 5. Then, fry the Ingredients (B), and fry it till fragrant. 6. Add in the Ingredients (C), and fry till golden brown. 7. Then add in the Ingredients (D), and fry till fragrant. 8.
Add in the Ingredients (E), reduce the flame and fry it till fragrant and oily. 9.
Then add in the Ingredients (F & G), and simmer it well.Increase the flame. 10. Add in salt if its necessary. 11. Finish it off, with
