Crab Masala |

Masala, a common term used for
a nice hot and spicy dish, full of Indian condiments and spices. This spiced crab dish will be perfect with rice and bread.

Serves 4 to 5 As necessary
Cooking Oil Ingredients (A) 1 piece
Cinnamon 1 piece
Star Anis ½ teaspoon
Fennel Seed Ingredients (B) 1 teaspoon Ginger
(paste) 2 teaspoons
Garlic (paste) Ingredients (C) 2 sprigs
Curry Leaves 80 grams
Shallot (sliced) 1 piece
Green Chilli (sliced) Ingredients (D) 1 teaspoon Chilli
Powder 4 tablespoons Fish
Curry Powder 2 tablespoons Meat
Curry Powder 150 grams Tomatoes
(chopped) 3 stems Lemon
Grass Ingredients (E) 100 grams Brinjal
(chopped) Ingredients (F) 1 kg
Flower Crab (big) Ingredients (G) 1 tablespoon
Yoghurt 1 tablespoon
Tomato Sauce 1 teaspoon
Chicken Powder As necessary Salt Ingredients (H) 2 sprigs
Coriander Leaves
1. Clean and wash the crabs and cut into 4 pieces and drains it and leaves
it aside. 2. Heat the oil in a cooking wok. 3. Add in the Ingredients (A), and fry till fragrant. 4. Then add in the Ingredients (B), and fry till fragrant. 5. Add in the Ingredients (C), and fry till golden brown. 6. Then add in the Ingredients (D); reduce the flame and fry it till
fragrant and oily. 7. Add in the Ingredients (E), cook it till soft. 8. Once the masala
is done, add in the Ingredients (F & G), into the wok; stir it well till dry.Increase the flame. 9. Add in salt if its necessary. 10. Finish it off, with Ingredients (H), and simmer it well. Please Click
