Cooking Oil Ingredients (A)
4 tablespoons
Rice Flour ½ teaspoon
Sesame Seed ½ teaspoon
Sugar ½ teaspoon
Chilli Sauce ¼ teaspoon
Curry Powder As necessary
Salt Ingredients (B) 70 grams
Potatoes 50 grams
Carrot 30 grams
Bean Sprout 30 grams
Cabbage 1 piece
Green Chilli 2 pieces
Red Chilli 40 grams Long
Beans Ingredients (C) 1. Mix
all the Ingredients (A), together in a bowl. Don't add in any water. 2. Chop the Ingredients (B), into fine pieces and add it into
the bowl. Mix it well. 3. Leave
it aside for about ½ hour. 4. Heat
the oil for deep frying. 5. Drop
the mixture into the hot oil and fry it till crispy. 6. Drain it on an absorbent paper. 7. Sprinkle the Ingredients
(C), on it and serve.
