teaspoons Garlic
(paste) Ingredients (C) 2
tablespoons Fish
Curry Powder ½

Garam Masala As necessary Water (mix with the curry powder above) Ingredients (D) 4

Tomatoes (cube) Ingredients (E) 1
can Garbanzo
Beans (canned) 2
pieces Green
Chillies (sliced) 1

Vegetable Stock As
necessary Salt 1
teaspoon Sugar Ingredients (F) 3

leaves (chopped) 20

Capsicum (cube) 20

Green Capsicum (cube) 1.
Heat the ghee in a cooking pot. 2.
Then add in Ingredients (A), and fry till golden brown. 3.
Then add in Ingredients (B), after few seconds then add in the Ingredients (C),
then reduce the flame and fry it till fragrant and oily. 4.
Add in the Ingredients (D), and simmer it well till the tomatoes become soft. 5.
Add in the Ingredients (E), and stir it well, until it becomes dry.Increase the flame if its necessary. 6.
Add in water and salt if its necessary. 7.
Finish it off, Ingredients (F). * Fish
curry powder is a mixture of spices only. It is called fish curry powder because it is mostly used in fish and seafood dishes.
