Deep Fried Beancurd Salad

A very simple and easy salad snack with a simple sauce.


Serves (4 to 5)

Ingredients (A)

4 or 5 pieces

Ingredients (B)

100 grams

150 grams

2 pieces


Ingredients (C)

As necessary


As necessary



Cooking Oil



Firm Tofu (Bean curd)




Onion (sliced)

Cucumber (sliced)

Green Chilli (sliced)



Dark Soya Sauce (salted)


Thai Chilli Sauces

1. Don’t cut the Ingredients (A) tofu.

2. If necessary soak the tofu with salt and drain it.

3. Heat the oil in a wok and fry it till golden brown evenly.

4. Drain it on an absorbent paper and cut into cubes and put it in a plate.

5. Then add in the Ingredients (B) on the top of the tofu.

6. Pour the Ingredient (C) on top the Ingredients (A & B) and serve it immediately.
