Deep Fried Beancurd Salad |

1. Don’t cut the Ingredients (A) tofu. 2. If necessary soak the tofu with salt and drain it. 3. Heat the oil in a wok and fry it till golden brown evenly. 4. Drain it on an absorbent paper and cut into cubes and put it in
a plate. 5. Then add in the Ingredients (B) on the top of the tofu. 6. Pour the Ingredient (C) on top the Ingredients
(A & B) and serve it immediately. |
