Chicken Rice Cooked with Chicken |

Chicken Rice is widely known in Singo-Chinese
cuisine and it is very famous and simple dish to prepare dish at home. |

Serves (4
to 5)
1. Put the Ingredients (D)
into a large bowl and wash it under running water for few time; then soak it in water for about 20 minutes,
then strain it. 2. Cut the chicken
into pieces, with skin or without skin and leave it aside. 3.
Heat the Ingredients (A) in a cooking pot
in a low flame and fry it till the oil is extracted. 4.Then remove the crispy residue from the pot and
add in the Ingredients (B) and fry it for 2 minutes. 5.
Add in the Ingredients (C) and increase the
flame and fry it for 5 minutes. 6.
Then add in the Ingredients (D) and fry it for 2
minutes. 7. Then add in the Ingredients (E) and stir it occasionally
till water level decreases till the top of the rice, then stir it and cover the pot; cook it in a low flame for 5
minutes. 8. After the
5 minutes, add in the Ingredients (F) and stir it.
And cover the pot properly and
cook it in a low flame till the rice cooked. 9. Stir it if

Rice Chilli Sauce
Ingredients (A) 5 pieces 10 pieces 2 pieces ½ teaspoon Ingredients (B) 4 pieces ½ teaspoon As necessary 1 teaspoon 1tablespoon Red Chilli Red Chilli Padi Garlic (peeled) Young Ginger Small Lime Juices Monosodium Glutamate (If necessary) Salt Sugar Sesame Oil 2. Then strain it into
a bowl to separate the water from the blended chilli. Do not dispose the strained water. Then put the blended chilli into
a different bowl. 3. Add Ingredients (B) into the bowl that contains the
blended chilli and mix it till the salt and sugar dissolves. 4. Add in the strained water in, according
to preferred thickness and salt if it is necessary. * If preferred add
in extra Lime Juices, according to your own preference.
