1. Cut Ingredients (G), into pieces, then soak and wash the it with salt to remove the fishy smell. 2. Then marinate Ingredients (G), with Ingredients (A), and leave it aside for 10 minutes. 3. Heat the oil in
a wok for deep-frying. 4. Fry the marinated
fish till golden brown, and drain on an absorbent paper and leave it aside. 5. Then take another pot,
heat some oil, then fry the Ingredients (B), fry it for
a second or so, then add in Ingredients (C) immediately; fry it till fragrant. 6. Then add in the Ingredients (D) with little water and then reduce the flame and fry
it till fragrant and oily. 7. Add in the Ingredients (E) and simmer it well. 8. Add in salt and water
if its necessary. 9. Finish it off,
with Ingredients (F) and the fried fish and simmer it well. |
