Fried Rice With Dried Anchovies |

Serves (4
to 5)
1. Clean and wash the Ingredients (A), and drain it and leave it aside. 2. Heat the oil and fry the Ingredients (A) and drain on absorbent paper and leave it
aside. 3.
Cook rice for 4 to 5 serving in a rice cooker. 4.
Once the rice is cooked, cool it in the refrigerator for ½ hour. 5. Heat the used oil as necessary in a frying wok and fry Ingredients
(B), and fry it till fragrant. 6.
Add in the Ingredients (C), and fry it well. 7 Then
add in the Ingredients (D), and fry it till half-cooked. 8.
Then add in the Ingredients (E), and stir it continuously
until it becomes dry. 9.
Add in Ingredients (F)
if its necessary. 10. Finish it off, with Ingredients (A &
