Cooked Potatoes 30

Onion (chopped) 2 pieces
Green Chilli (chopped) 2 sprigs Coriander
Leaves (chopped) 2 sprigs Curry
Leaves (chopped) 1 teaspoon Fish
Curry Powder 1 teaspoon Chicken
Powder As necessary Salt Ingredients (D) 2 big Eggs
(beaten) with As necessary Salt 1. Skin the fish fillet and cut the fish into big pieces then soak and wash
the fish with salt to remove the fishy smell. And then add in Ingredients (A), and steam and flake and leave it aside. 2. Boil and mash Ingredients (B),
and leave it aside. 3. Cool both the cooked food well. 4. Mix the Ingredients (C), together in a bowl. 5. Shape it into cutlets and leaves it aside for 10 minutes. 6. Heat the oil for deep frying. 7. Coat the cutlet into the beaten eggs, Ingredient (D). 8. Then fry it
