Indian Achar

A very common ingredients, essential for spicy taste.

Serves (4 to 5)

Ingredients (A)

1 tablespoon

½ teaspoon

1½ tablespoon

 

Ingredients (B)

200 grams

200 grams

1 piece

4 pieces

 

Vinegar

Salt

Sugar

 

 

Pineapple  (peeled & diced)

Cucumber (diced)

Red Chilli (sliced)

Shallot (cut into 4)

 

 

1. Add Ingredients (A) into a bowl and mix till the salt and sugar dissolve.

2. Then add in the Ingredients (B), into the bowl.

3. Mix it well, and let it stand for about ½ hour or so.

 

* It is better to store this dish in the fridge, if you are going to serve it hours later.
