Fried Rice With Seafood

Fast food have been ever popular nowadays. Fried rice is easy to prepare and delicious to eat.

20 grams

Cooking Oil

 

 

Prawn

Crab Stick (sliced)

Mixed Vegetables

 

 

Fish Cake (sliced)

Dried Anchovies (Ikan Billis)

 

 

Eggs (beaten)

 

 

Onion (chopped)

Mustard Leaves

 

 

Cold Cooking Rice

Tomato Sauce

Chicken Powder

Sambal Chilli

Fine Salt

 

 

Light Soya Sauce

 

 

Spring Onion (sliced)

 

 

1. Clean, wash and boil the Ingredients (A) with salt, and drain it and leave it aside.

2 Clean and wash the Dried Anchovies (Ikan Billis) of Ingredients (B), and drain it and leave it aside.    

3. Heat the oil and deep-fry the Ingredients (B), and leave it aside.

4. Heat the used oil as necessary in a fry wok and fry Ingredients (C).

5. Then add in the Ingredients (D), and fry it till fragrant.

6. Then add in the Ingredients (E), and fry it until it becomes dry and oily.

7. Add in Ingredients (F), if it’s necessary.

8. Finish it off, with Ingredients (G), and Ingredients (A & B), and stir it well.
