Fried Rice With Dried Anchovies

Fast food have been ever popular nowadays. Fried rice is easy to prepare and delicious to eat.

Serves (4 to 5)

As necessary

           

Ingredients (A)

100 grams

              

Ingredients (B)

4 pieces  

 

Ingredients (C)

2 medium       

 

Ingredients (D)

50grams         

30grams

30grams         

 

Ingredients (E)

4 to 5 servings

1 teaspoon     

1 teaspoon     

As necessary 

           

Ingredients (F)

As necessary 

2 pieces          

           

Ingredients (G)

5 sprigs

Cooking Oil

 

 

Dried Anchovies (Ikan Billis)

 

 

Garlic (chopped)

 

 

Eggs (beaten)

 

 

Onion (chopped)

Cabbage (sliced)

Mustard Leaves (sliced)

 

 

Cold Cooked Rice

White Pepper Powder 

Chicken Powder

Fine Salt

 

 

Light Soya Sauce

Red Chilli (sliced)

 

 

Spring Onion (sliced)

 

1. Clean and wash the Ingredients (A), and drain it and leave it aside.    

2.  Heat the oil and fry the Ingredients (A) and drain on absorbent paper and leave it aside.

3. Cook rice for 4 to 5 serving in a rice cooker.

4. Once the rice is cooked, cool it in the refrigerator for ½ hour. 

5. Heat the used oil as necessary in a frying wok and fry Ingredients (B), and fry it till fragrant.

6. Add in the Ingredients (C), and fry it well.

7 Then add in the Ingredients (D), and fry it till half-cooked.

8. Then add in the Ingredients (E), and stir it continuously until it becomes dry.

9. Add in Ingredients (F) if its necessary.

10. Finish it off, with Ingredients (A & G) and stir it well.
