Fish Cutlet

Looking for quick, easy, efficient, crispy and Indian, you are on the right page. Cutlets are one of the famous side dish which are satisfying Indians curve for spicy and crispy food.

Serves 4 to 5

 

For frying                      Cooking Oil

300 grams                     Fresh Fish Fillet

 

Ingredients (A)

 

As necessary                Salt

2 teaspoons                  Ginger (paste)

2 teaspoons                  Garlic (paste)

 

Ingredients (B)

80 grams                      Potatoes (peeled and boiled)

As necessary               Salt

 

Ingredients (C)

---                                  Cooked Fish

---                                  Cooked Potatoes

30 grams                       Onion (chopped)

2 pieces                         Green Chilli (chopped)

2 sprigs                         Coriander Leaves (chopped)

2 sprigs                         Curry Leaves (chopped)

1 teaspoon                    Fish Curry Powder

1 teaspoon                    Chicken Powder

As necessary                Salt

 

Ingredients (D)

2 big                               Eggs (beaten) with

As necessary                 Salt

 

1. Skin the fish fillet and cut the fish into big pieces then soak and wash the fish with salt to remove the fishy smell. And then add in Ingredients (A), and steam and flake and leave it aside.

2. Boil and mash Ingredients (B), and leave it aside.

3. Cool both the cooked food well.

4. Mix the Ingredients (C), together in a bowl.

5. Shape it into cutlets and leaves it aside for 10 minutes.

6. Heat the oil for deep frying.

7. Coat the cutlet into the beaten eggs, Ingredient (D).

8. Then fry it evenly till golden brown.

9. Drain on absorbent paper.
